IC CARE (Inclusive Community Care) supports people who are frail, aged, people with a disability and their carers. Our programs include: Meals on Wheels, Group Supports, Individual Support - Neighbour Aid and Special Interest Groups. Programs are supported with government funding or can be purchased through individual packages.
IC Care (Inclusive Community Care) is a small not for profit community organisation located in the heart of the Wollondilly. There are two sites located in Picton and Camden. We support frail older people (aged 65 years and over; 50 and over for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people) and who require assistance with daily living to remain living independently at home and in the community. IC Care (Inclusive Community Care) aims to connect people who identify as rural, remote and/or socially isolated to services. The outcome being that people will live in their homes longer without the need for supported accommodation while maintaining connections with the local community.
We have registered as a COVID SAFE business. We are committed to COVID Safety and keeping our community safe.
Maintain your connections within the community by living in your home longer.
Our Social Support Groups provide regular outings that are based on participant consultation. These groups have been designed for people with similar likes and interests to come together for a social gathering. Groups meet Monday to Friday in Wollondilly and Monday to Wednesday and Friday in Camden. Members can be picked up from their home.
As a National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provider, we offer support and services to assist people with disabilities. We are here to give you a helping hand to understand the NDIS and get supports in place.
